Agree the responsibilities early
The starting point is a clear scope of responsibility: which trades need coordinating, who holds design responsibility, what decisions remain with the client and how the programme will be reviewed.
We discuss site access, material lead times and the interfaces between packages. Any proposed change needs to be considered alongside its effect on the work sequence, cost and completion date.
