Based in East Leake, near Loughborough, CBIS delivers commercial and industrial building, refurbishment and installation work across the East Midlands. We bring building work, specialist trades and project coordination together for a defined package or a wider refurbishment.
Construction experience with practical understanding
CBIS works with commercial property owners, facilities managers, managing agents and main contractors. We deliver projects as both a main contractor and a specialist subcontractor, adapting our involvement to the work required.
Our capabilities include building and refurbishment, drylining and joinery, steelwork and industrial installation, and project coordination. This combination allows us to coordinate several connected elements of a project, as well as deliver individual trade packages.
