Experience in working industrial environments
Our published project work includes the demolition and rebuild of a two-storey workspace within a live industrial environment. The scope brought together structural steel, internal framing, drylining, insulation, mechanical and electrical services, joinery and decoration.
That breadth of work demonstrates the importance of coordinated delivery: each stage must support the next, from the structure through to the final internal finish. We work as a main contractor or specialist subcontractor, depending on the project requirements.
Specialist construction and installation
Alongside building refurbishment, CBIS supports a leading plasterboard manufacturer by constructing test rigs and providing practical installation input. This work draws on our experience in framing, drylining and the assembly of specialist structures.
For industrial projects, we discuss access, working areas, operational interfaces and the proposed sequence before work begins. Health and safety remains central to the way we plan and coordinate activities on site.
